The ACAN Senior Conference Committee has set the date! SAVE THE DATE! April 20, 2017   Uniting the Red, White and Blue Conference.

ACAN is seeking nominations for the 2nd Annual Senior of the Year, Business of the Year, and Non-Profit of the Year Awards.
These awards recognize those that have

made a significant contributions to senior citizens in Adams County.
While anybody can nominate, self-nominations are not accepted.
Consider nominating friends, neighbors, community volunteers, and your favorite businesses and non-profits to show your gratitude.
Nominations are accepted until January 31, 2017.

 The Adams County Aging Network (ACAN) is a nonprofit organization in  Adams County, Colorado.

Our mission is to improve the lives of older Americans. ACAN is a network of community organizations that serve Senior Citizens in Adams County. We  bring together nonprofit organizations, businesses, and government to  develop creative solutions that improve the lives of all older adults.  At ACAN,  we work to provide a voice for older adults in greatest need and those who  serve them, combining community service and advocacy, and empowering  and engaging older adults.

ACAN meets on the first Tuesday of each month, @ 9:00 a.m., at the Margaret Carpenter Recreation Center, 11151 N. Colorado Blvd in Thornton, Colorado. Continental breakfast begins @ 8:45 a.m.
